Whitney Neil is a local watercolor artist living on Dauphin Island since 2015. With a background in marine biology, she works as a seafood safety researcher while raising her family on the island she now calls home.
Inspired by the everyday beauty around her, her work reflects the colors, textures, and small moments of coastal life. She primarily works in watercolor, while continuing to explore new mediums and subjects including animals, botanicals, and landscapes.
